How to update it? Here’re the steps:

Step 1:
Go to “Account” then click on “AWB Format”.

Step 2:
Select whichever courier that you wish to change its air waybill format.

Step 3:
Select your new AWB format (either A4 or A6) from the drop down list.

Step 4:
Click on “Confirm Changes” and your air waybill format of the selected courier will be change to sticker – that’s it!
