It’s not so hard to organize files and folders, you just have to spend a little bit of time on your folder organization in order to set up a good folder structure that works for you. I also have a bonus tip here that you should make sure to back up your files in OneDrive, Google Drive or some other cloud-based folder organization system to make sure that you never lose any important files.
